Founded in 2022, PrepMeal Healthy quickly gained traction in the UAE’s growing health and wellness market. Starting with 1.5M AED in revenue in 2022, the company grew to 2.7M AED in 2023, and more than doubled again to reach 7.5M AED in 2024.

Led by Sadhad Hassan, PrepMeal built this momentum by helping people achieve their health goals through convenient, customizable meal plans.
