These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of services offered by Tablon LLC, a company incorporated in Wyoming, United States, with its registered address at 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801 (“Tablon,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Overview of Services
1.1. Tablon is a business networking company that provides connection-building opportunities through events, meetings, online platforms, community groups, and other mediums.
1.2. Tablon’s services are available to users worldwide. We reserve the right to offer services on either a paid or complimentary basis.
1.3. Tablon is not a funding, investment, or fundraising platform and does not facilitate or get involved in any deals or financial transactions. All users are advised to use this platform solely for healthy networking purposes.
1.4 Tablon doesn’t endorse anyone claims, ask, offer or actions. We connect people in good faith. If someone wants to build a transactional relationship with anyone, kindly complete your due diligence.
2. Community Access & Membership
2.1. Users may invite others to join the Tablon community, platform, or services. Such additions may be either paid or free, depending on the specific service.
2.2. Tablon may, at its sole discretion, terminate or suspend any account, partnership, membership, or access to services without prior notice or explanation.
3. Payments & Refunds
3.1. All services must be paid for in advance. Fees vary by service and are displayed prior to payment. Tablon may waive fees at its discretion. Refunds are only available under the following conditions:
3.1.1. A refund request is made via email (provided in the Contact section below) at least 48 hours before the service begins. An administration fee will be deducted.
3.1.2. The user is dissatisfied with the service & a refund request must be made by email within 24 hours after using the service, including a valid reason. If validated, a full or partial refund may be granted.
3.2. No refunds will be provided under the following circumstances:
3.2.1 The user pays but does not use the service within three months.
3.2.2. The user fails to attend an event, meeting, or the service session.
3.2.3. A refund request is made after the 24 hours window, company has provided to claim the refund.
3.2.4. The reason for dissatisfaction was not found valid or justified.
3.2.5. Company can decide not to refund as well for any other reason.
3.5. If an event or meeting is cancelled or postponed by Tablon, users are entitled to a full refund upon request.
3.6. If a service, event, or meeting is cancelled due to circumstances beyond Tablon’s control, the company is not obligated to issue a refund.
4. User Responsibility & Liability
4.1. Tablon provides a platform for networking and connection-building, both paid and free. However, Tablon and its employees do not participate in any deals, nor are they responsible for the actions of anyone connected through the platform. We don’t endorse anyone’s claim, ask, offer or actions.
4.2. Users are encouraged to conduct their own due diligence before entering into any deals, making decisions, engaging in transactions, or taking further actions. We don’t take any responsibility of any of that.
4.3. Users may connect through Tablon’s services without the company’s knowledge or involvement. Tablon is not liable for any actions taken by users—whether online, in person, or via any form of communication.
4.4. Tablon strives for transparency in displaying information provided by members, users, or participants. However, Tablon is not responsible for:
4.4.1. Any individual’s claims, requests, offers, or similar communications.
4.4.2. The actions, behaviors, or outcomes of participants, users, partners, attendees, or members engaging through any of Tablon’s services.
4.5. Tablon is not involved in or responsible for decision-making between users, including business owners, investors, founders, or individuals seeking or not seeking funding or employment.
4.6. Users are solely responsible for any deals or engagements they pursue.
4.7. Tablon makes no guarantees regarding business success, partnerships, or deal outcomes. The company is not liable for any failure to meet commitments of anyone your connected through the platform, group, event, meeting etc.
4.8. In cases of misrepresentation, false commitments, or losses caused by users (including customers, investors, entrepreneurs, or businesses), Tablon bears no liability.
4.9. Users are strongly encouraged to perform their own due diligence before making commitments or entering into agreements.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1. All content, materials, logos, branding, and platform functionalities provided by Tablon are the exclusive property of Tablon LLC.
5.2. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of Tablon’s platform or services without prior written consent.
5.3. Any user-generated content (e.g., profiles, posts, messages) submitted to Tablon remains the property of the user. However, by submitting content, users grant Tablon a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute it for platform operations and promotion.
6. Media, Privacy & Data
6.1. Photos and videos may be taken during events or online activities and may be shared on social media, the website, or other platforms. If a user does not want their image to be published, they must inform the moderator or administrator in writing.
6.2. Tablon is committed to protecting user data using its available knowledge and resources.
6.3. Despite best efforts, Tablon shall not be held responsible for any damages or losses resulting from data breaches, hacks, or information leaks.
6.4. By using our services, users consent to the collection and use of their data.
6.5. Users data can be shared with partners, sponsors, third parties etc.
7. Disclaimers & Limitations
7.1. All services are provided “as-is” and “as-available,” without warranties of any kind.
7.2. Tablon does not guarantee the reliability, accuracy, or success of any networking interaction.
7.3. Tablon is not liable for:
7.3.1 Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
7.3.2 Losses resulting from user interactions, third-party behavior, or unfulfilled commitments.
7.4. Users agree to hold Tablon harmless from any claims arising from their interactions on or through the platform.
8. Changes to Terms
8.1. Tablon reserves the right to modify, update, or change these Terms at any time.
8.2. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
8.3. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
9.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
9.2. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in the State of Wyoming.
