Policy

Pls read this carefully before paying. To get refund pls email if you plan for it. And best wishes for your event. 

  • Application

    All memberships are for 12 months. This policy is applied when you pay & later plans to cancel your membership. It is applied to all members regardless of the date of purchase.

  • Cancellation

    You must cancel this membership one month prior to your monthly payment deduction. One month cancellation fee is applicable. Example: If your payment date is 15th. You need to cancel your membership before 14 by paying one month additional fee.

  • Adjustment

    You cannot transfer your seat / membership to any other name for single or multiple events.

  • Non-Payment

    If for any reason monthly payment is not deducted on the due date, your membership month(s) will be extended automatically.

  • Upgrade / Downgrade

    You can upgrade your membership at any given time. It cannot be downgraded for any reason.

  • Refund

    No refund is applicable members. If you are not attending any event, the cost will still be applied.

  • Limitation

    This policy doesn't apply on non-members.
